The goal of the program is to create a space for Professional Muslim Women to build relationships and share knowledge that benefits both Mentors and Mentees.

1. Build Connections - Mentorship can help women build connections and expand their professional network
2. Growth & Development - Mentorship can provide growth and development for both mentees and mentors. Mentoring allows mentors to develop their leadership and communication skills, as well as gain a sense of fulfillment from making a positive impact on someone’s life. It provides mentees with a safe space to ask questions, seek guidance, and receive feedback, ultimately boosting their confidence and professional development.
3. Support - Mentorship can provide support to help women deal with the challenges they face in their careers. Mentors have the opportunity to share their knowledge, expertise, and experiences with younger women, helping them navigate their careers and overcome challenges. Mentees benefit from the guidance and support of experienced mentors. They gain valuable insights, advice, and encouragement that can help them advance in their careers and achieve their goals. 
4. Community - Mentorship can contribute to the overall success of our community by providing women with resources to address the barriers and biases in the workplace

• Each cohort will be for 3 months
• Total time commitment is approximately 1 hour every 2 weeks
  • Suggested 30 minute virtual check-in meeting every 2 weeks.
  • Additional 30 minutes for all other communication - text, emails, etc. 

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to fill out both the mentor and mentee interest form.

Yes, if both of you are interested in meeting in person you are more than welcome to do so but please remember that that is not required.
