This educational session offers an introduction to the Six Lifestyle Factors of Unani Tibb, a holistic health framework that emphasizes balance, prevention, and self-awareness. The session invites women to explore how their everyday habits, rhythms, and environments influence balance, particularly in relation to women’s physical, emotional, and hormonal health.
The session is structured as a Lifestyle Balance 101, guiding participants through each of the six factors with space for journaling, self-reflection, and personal insight. Women will develop a clearer relationship with their own bodies and daily patterns, and have awareness as a foundation for long-term wellbeing.
