DESCRIPTION:Join us for an introductory course with Maryam Chida to learn the basics of crochet while becoming familiar with the tools and techniques! Students will be working on small projects in class to practice techniques learned in each session. \nIf you have never picked up a crochet hook but are interested in learning\, this is the class for you! \nDetails: \n\n\nSchedule: Tuesdays\, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM \n\n\nDuration: 6 weeks (April 28th – June 2nd) \n\n\nFormat: In-Person Only \n\n\nAll supplies will be included \n\n\nLearn about Maryam Chida:\nMaryam Chida started crocheting in 2022 during a busy summer and is now an avid crocheter. She is passionate about crafting as a form of self care and a way to slow down in the middle of a busy world. She works in the children’s department and makerspace at Elmhurst Public Library. \n\nPlease register on time as late registration is allowed up to one week after the class\, with a $15 late fee. \nFinancial assistance is available.
